Better still, use the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS). It is a simpler way of regular giving. The system allows Gift Aid to be paid into the Church account very quickly. Wild Flower Workshop in the Churchyard

I would like to say a big thank you to all who donated to Christian Aid this year and to those who helped distribute envelopes or were a ‘drop off’ house for donations from their neighbours.

The envelopes returned in this way contained £916.66, to add to the £230 donated through our e-envelope and the £2,810 through local Shirley Churches.  So the total donated from Shirley came to £3,956.66, to which will be added just over another £560 through Gift Aid.

Well done and thank you . We all know finances are tight for many people this summer, but Shirley’s generosity to others is something to be proud of.
