John & Louise

This lovely couple get married this Saturday (don’t panic guys!). We would all like to thank you for choosing us and wish you a fantastic day for tomorrow and in the future.

John & Louise would love to see the church full of their friends so if you can make it tomorrow the wedding is at 12pm and I expect Louise to be on time :).

Flo-Fest status update

Early Bird Flo-Fest Concert Tickets now on sale for only £10 if bought in advance!

Our talented performers include St Johns Primary school choir, our former Director of Music Richard Mander and Orpheus Alumni singer Sandra Gayer.

Patronal day fun

Lots of people to thank.

Thanks to all the organisers, thanks to all those that picked up / transported and erected the gazebos, Thanks to all those that prepared and cooked the food, thanks to those that offered drinks, tea, coffee, cake, hot-dogs all afternoon, thanks to Kat for arranging the singalong, thanks to God for sorting out the weather just in time and thanks to Lu and Teresa for sharing their garden.

What a fantastic evening, the church ended up being a dance floor.

We heard a massive range of songs and were able to join in a good number of them. Obviously for your truly – being an ex tenor – I did manage to make up the words :)

Patronal this Sunday

Don’t forget its Patronal day this Sunday. Coffee after church is in the Vicarage garden and the weather looks great.

Don’t forget your chairs, sunscreen and something to shade your from the heat :)

July service: date and new time

The next service of Healing and Wholeness will be on Sunday 28th July. Please note the new time of 5pm. If you come to the Tea Room, please feel free to come through to the Chapel after, you can bring your cuppa!

Every one is welcome. It’s a simple service of quiet prayer, meeting Jesus in the everyday situations of our lives together as we pray for our concerns and those of our world.
