The new year is often a time to reflect on the year that has past. Whilst there is much we would rather forget, there is also a lot we should celebrate. Here is a list of just some of the fantastic things we have been able to do thanks to ordinary people like you and me giving of our time, money and skills to support our church.
Here at St John’s we believe that serving our community and giving generously is an important part of our faith, not least because we rely on contributions to help us pay our bills and we want to be here in Shirley for future generations. We also believe that God gave us everything we have, so by being generous with what we have been entrusted with, is an important act of faith.
What has God blessed you with? Could you contribute this to God’s mission here at St Johns? Contact us, we’d love to hear from you!
